COMMERCIAL ONLINE BANKING SYSTEM ANALYST: EVANSVILLE/CHICAGO/INDIANAPOLIS
The need for this resource is to create capacity for the current team to work on tasks specific to Capstar Conversion and the DI Small Business initiative. This resource would assist in ongoing Commercial Online Banking initiatives that have been put on hold pending resource availability.
This resource will assist our Commercial Online Banking lead.
Have online banking experience. Fiserv Commercial Online Banking
Integration and pulling WIRES.
No upgrade for this role but will be doing integrations and testing. Data validation.
CapStar conversion has a lot of online banking components

Commercial Online Banking-Cordell
WIRE/ACH/FX-Sarah
Check Positive PIN
Converting everything from CapStar.
Integrated Payables-new Product

Specific Tasks Include
- Working incoming requests for assistance from the Line of Business, reviewing information submitted by the line of business and determining if any additional information is necessary to log the case into ONB’s case management system.
- Assist in building system documentation for IT support team.
- Troubleshooting issues logged by recreating the issue in the test environment.
- Assist in the testing of upcoming releases of the Commercial Online Banking application.
- Serve as a backup to questions/issues with the Commercial Online Banking billing program.
- Escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
- Work with the rest of the TM IT team to update support materials and processes.
