- Follow manufacturer's instructions and specifications for repair and maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services performed
- Test repaired appliances to ensure proper functionality before returning them to customers
- Provide recommendations to customers on proper appliance use and maintenance
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment repair
- Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments (e.g., customer homes, warehouses)
- Strong customer service skills
Note: Experience as a delivery driver or field service technician is a plus.
