The Expertise You Have
  • Have a CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or similar certificate (e.g., SA, PSM, ACP)
  • Should have at least 5 years working as part of an agile team
  • Should have at least 3 years working as a Scrum Master
  • Experience using Jira or a similar agile tool (e.g., Rally, CloudCoach, Trello)
  • Experience with MS Team, Confluence, and SharePoint is a plus
  • Financial experience is a plus
  • The resource will need to be an initiative-taker capable of learning fast in a high-paced environment

  • Proven change agent capable of mentoring Scrumban practices to teams and individuals from across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies as they work through new and unfamiliar situations.
  • An effective facilitator and can brainstorm with the team to generate solutions that address challenges and roadblocks to support timely project delivery.
  • An intellectual curiosity and passion for developing new skills and modeling a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Ability to drive and prioritize projects and product work through a Sprint planning process flow .
