This role involves coordinating and administering engineering technical data and information from various departments based on specific order requests. Additionally, the position requires the routine gathering, organization, and reporting of monthly departmental performance data. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of technical documentation and library, encompassing both physical and electronic formats. Managing the Lotus Notes / SharePoint Engineering Document database is a key aspect of the role. Other assigned duties may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer daily engineering technical information and information from other departments in response to specific customer order specifications.
- Complete the gathering, organization, and reporting of monthly departmental performance data.
- Maintain the integrity of technical documentation and library in both physical and electronic formats.
- Manage the Lotus Notes / SharePoint Engineering Document database.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is required; some college coursework is preferred.
- Two (2) years of administrative experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat.
