ERP Analyst coordinates the planning and implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning system to align with business initiatives. Responsible for working with internal customers in identifying information opportunities and practical solutions using existing or new business systems technology. This role will define, scope, and develop or lead the development team to complete project needs within the ERP systems. This analyst will be responsible for business-to-business as well as across-system communications needed to provide extended functionalities to all departments of the business.
Position Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and a strong sense of accountability.
Full system support for Enterprise Resource Planning software to 600 users in five facilities.
Training Level 1 helpdesk to respond to and close low-level user tickets.
Training users on system functionality and company process for the ERP system
Administration of ERP-related products such as MS SQL, SSRS, Power BI, SharePoint, Event Management Framework
Design, develop, and manage internal and external resources for the project.
Quality Testing and Documentation of system changes.
Skills:
Ability to design and develop a solution for a complete business team with the ERP solution.
Ability to consult with stakeholders to define required changes to align system functionality with business needs.
Performs tasks utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people.
Proficiency with Microsoft SQL and SSRS along with knowledge of Power BI.
Workflow Automation solutions and dashboard reporting development skills are preferred.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
Two to five years of related experience.
Experience with ERP-based financial reporting tools
Experience in validating software (Validation of Software in an FDA environment a plus) is preferred.
