Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

Job Description:
- Bachelors / master’s degree in mechanical engineering or Packaging Science graduate with Degree in Packaging Technology from reputed Institute/University
- 10 years of experience in technical project Management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and manage priorities accordingly.
- Good at Communication Verbal, and written communication skills
- Capable of independently managing cross functional complexity projects.
- Shall be capable of managing workload and performance for a team of resources.
- Good Data gathering and Data Analysis
- Expert in advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, Project etc.)
- Good Team player, Proactive approach
- Good understanding/experience in Windchill
- Having experience of working in global setup, interacting, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders for deliverables
- Good experience in handling packaging design projects
- Good understanding and application of Project Management principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
- Work closely with other members of the Packaging Engineering department and interact with personnel from a variety of areas within the organization.
- Develop strong team skills, including communication, teamwork, initiative, and managed execution of all project deliverables.
- Work with suppliers and OEM contacts to establish partnerships to maximize quality, delivery, and lead times, and to incorporate their abilities, ideas, and material/product knowledge into new development.
- PMP certified is plus.
