Responsibilities: As a Trial Attorney, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission. Your role will encompass the entire legal process, from client intake to trial. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Case Management: Handle your own caseload, ensuring seamless management of claims and cases.
Trial Experience: Participate in at least three jury trials. Your courtroom prowess is highly desirable!
Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated litigation paralegal, a case manager, and other support staff. Together, you’ll build strong cases.
Autonomy: Our firm values autonomy. You’ll make critical decisions—from case acceptance to settlement.
Client-Centric Approach: Maximize client recovery by determining which cases should go to trial.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
Trial Enthusiast: Eager to step into the courtroom and fight for justice.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ambitious, disciplined, and organized—ready to build a successful career.
Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in another language is a plus.
CA Bar License: A must-have.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Compensation: No earnings cap. Third-year compensation can exceed $500,000.00.
