About the Role
We are seeking Ideal candidate who aligns with our firm culture, has a strong background in managing cases efficiently, and is eager to contribute significantly to the firm’s strategic progress. The selected attorney will be enthusiastic about taking on assigned work and will not require a pre-existing book of business.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of pre-litigation matters to resolution.
Conduct monthly case reviews to track progress and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct demand reviews with clients, providing updates and discussing strategy.
Handle settlement disbursements, resolving subrogation claims, liens, and other third-party interests.
Build strong client cases by ensuring that all client injuries, damages, and other losses are thoroughly documented and presented for maximum recovery.
Research and analyze case-specific legal issues and documentation, such as insurance policies, lien language, and settlement releases.
Maintain excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and thorough advisement.
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties, aiming for favorable outcomes for our clients.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to and in good standing with the State Bar.
Minimum of three years pre-litigation experience.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to lead and mentor a personal injury team; motivate others, demonstrate problem solving, and communicate effectively.
Ability to quickly assimilate oral and written data, analyze facts, and draw logical conclusions.
Commitment to providing high quality legal representation while maintaining favorable client relations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
