Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations of our property. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the site, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Role Description
- Lead, manage on-site installation team on large and complex projects acc. C05 process
- Draw up the project “installation” project plan containing objectives, organization, planning and costs calculations in consultation with Project manager
- Monitor and manage quality, time, costs and provision of information
- Identify and analyze (potential) problems / risks and opportunities and initiates adequate corrective and preventive actions
- Manage the interaction of site work with all stake holders
- Recognize and report opportunities
- Advise and manage the contracts of all subcontractors and suppliers
- Develops and implements new methods/techniques, tools and practices
- Proper reporting to customer, PM and head office
- Coach lower level site managers and supervisors
- Entering into new or running projects in all stages
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in travel management and travel arrangements
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Salary: $600,000.00 - $750,000.00 per year
