Description: We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will work closely with our Engineering and Product teams to optimize solutions based on prompt creation and engineering methods. Your responsibilities will include developing and writing prompts, building characters (e.g., Character.ai), and evaluating prompts and models using the right combination of tools and frameworks. You'll also deliver detailed reports on prompt quality analysis and its impact on conversational agent KPIs.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT
- Proficiency in using engineering tools, command lines, and running basic software programs
- Experience with writing prompts for various use cases
- Understanding with evaluation, annotation, and data analysis for language/text tasks
- Knowledge of refining general-purpose LLMs for specific applications
- Familiarity with natural language processing, text mining, and conversational AI
- Ability to evaluate the performance of AI prompts
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to understand their questions and needs
- Develop and write effective prompts
- Build characters (e.g., Character.ai) to enhance conversational experiences
- Evaluate prompts and models using appropriate tools and frameworks
- Provide detailed reports on prompt quality and its impact on quality KPIs for conversational agents
Working Model:
- The team can work remotely.
- Use FB laptops to connect to the VPN.
- Flexible time zones, but preference for Eastern Time (ET) or Pacific Time (PT)
