- 3 years of experience in IT
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- Office 365 Applications Support
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory
Job Details:
- Configure, install, customize, maintain, test, and troubleshoot a variety of hardware systems with minimal direction
- Effective communication with end users
- Operational support of endpoint hardware, software, and peripherals
- Administration and user account management across multiple systems
- Patching and vulnerability remediation of endpoint systems
- Escalation support of the Service Desk and corresponding call center
- Leading IT projects to support and enhance IT infrastructure
Additional Details:
- Ability to perform work duties from office desk area for extended periods of time
- Ability to work nights, holidays, or weekends to meet the needs of the operation
- Must be capable of occasional work-related travel
