Development/Delivery Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage a team of 5-10 Software engineers and business analysts.
Deliver Azure enterprise solutions in a fast phased, dynamic & customer focused Scaled Agile environment.
Foster a culture of delivering with quality, care & speed
Mentor and coach Engineers on development & deployment best practices
Contribute to solution development activities directly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Scrum Masters, Integration Engineers, QA Analysts, DevOps engineers, IT Ops resources, architects, and business stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
Qualifications
10 years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft .Net technologies
3-5 years hands on experience in developing and delivering Azure cloud technologies and solutions.
5 years' experience as a Development/Delivery manager role.
Familiarity with latest technologies and trends in AI/ML and AskGPT landscape.
Proven experience in handling multiple projects and initatives concurrently & successfully
Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Git and other DevOps tools
Familiarity with Azure routing and firewalls.
Strong hands in experience in modernizing and migrating legacy applications to Azure cloud.
Possess a broad base of technical skills, business acumen, and a strong desire to support business needs.
Understand the detail behind the implemented solution and having the ability to communicate the high-level vision with the IT and business leadership.
Effectively communicate solutions architecture to the client, third parties, and the team
Encompass strong listening and interpersonal skills, an ability to solve complex problems, a big picture mentality, and an aptitude to visualize the solution.

Able to foster teamwork among the delivery team(s)
Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments
Proven troubleshooting & problem-solving ability.
Presentation and facilitation of executive level meetings, group presentations, and collaborative technical workshops
Experience in the Insurance Industry is definitely a plus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
We potentially have some flexibility on conversion salary but not on days in office. Possibly up to 170K. Minimum 3 days onsite is required. We also are only looking in Dallas at this time. They HAVE to have had a technical background.
