Job Description
Our client is seeking a Systems administrator in Petersburg, IN . This role will be a local, onsite IT support admin to handle day to day functions of the plant. This will include general T1/T2 desktop support, O365, imaging, and network/systems connectivity. Given the plant/factory setting, this role will be required to handle floor issues as well as on call issues.

Deploy and support the end user devices that provide our workforce secure access to the communication and
collaboration platforms, applications, and data they require to be successful. Support technical issues using existing knowledge, researching, and troubleshooting, resolve incidents and manage requests in-person and remotely. Maintain inventory and update records ensuring accuracy of assets and compliance
with the digital asset lifecycle program. Discover and document problem-solving / troubleshooting steps and update user guides and knowledge
articles. Monitor MS Teams meeting rooms to identify issues, remediate if possible.

Must have:
- Experience with Windows workstation management, deployment, and maintenance including an understanding of Endpoint Manager Intune & Configuration Manager, Intune Mobile Device Management, Defender, BitLocker, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.
- Working knowledge of devices including desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, iOS devices, printers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft Intune
- Basic knowledge of networking equipment and wireless access points
- Basic knowledge of VOIP phone system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
