Description:
Our client is seeking a a Jr. Network Technician for a six month contract-to-hire position to sit at their headquarters in Elkhart, IN.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Layer 2 networking infrastructure.
Work under the guidance of sr technicians to troubleshoot and resolve Layer 2 networking issues.
Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with team members to support network upgrades and migrations.
Provide basic technical support to internal teams and external clients.
Perform basic network monitoring and reporting tasks.
