Description:As the Lead Software Developer you will lead an agile team of Developers in full stack development using .NET, Azure and Kubernetes technologies. You will have the opportunity to work on designing and implementing projects ranging from internal business applications to public facing e-commerce sites. You will focus on single page application, component-based architecture, containerized workloads built on Docker and K8s, Restful API design and development, and both relational and non-relational data stores.
Work with IT project team to understand and implement defined requirements.
Maintain all developed applications with respect to enhancements and bug fixes.
Design and develop custom solutions to address various business needs in order to drive efficiency within the organization.
Design and create data interfaces to integrate corporate or 3rd party systems.
Continually migrate solutions to newer technologies to stay up to date with industry best practices.
Manage, mentor, and coach a team of two or more software developers.
Perform quarterly and annual reviews of performance.
Create development action plans for members of the team.
Effectively interact with different business units in order to gather requirements/feedback.
