This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.

Skills desired also include strong process design, documentation, systems such as JIRA and Remedy, communication and presentation skills, along with a general technical knowledge of the system architecture.

- These resources need to have experience managing Windows rollouts (Ex. Windows 7/10/11)
- Need to have good communication skills as they will be working with the different lines of business within the client to understand applications and devices that each line of business has etc.
- Will be working to understand the different groups specialty applications
- Looking for PM Skills that will hold the lines of business accountable in regards to timelines and expectations prior and during the rollout phase
- Will be in charge of assisting with the scheduling for the Windows 11 rollout, as well as doing instructional videos and tutorials for them to ensure the Windows 11 process goes smoothly.
- Ex. For some teams they will instruct them that they will have a pop up that will be displayed on their screen, and for other groups like the trading side, they will most likely not be able to do pop ups as they must always have full control due to their nature of business, so they will work to find ways to successfully get them migrated during the rollout.
- They will assist with all of the communication in putting the FAQ on the website
- This team will be assisting with doing the roll out for 200,000 plus users within the client, so they need to have good organization skills, be detailed oriented, and have good initiative.
- Goal is to have End of Life for Windows 10 is in ~2 years
- Looking for resources that will come in at the Engineering Level; will come up with the build etc.
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on).
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables
- Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
- Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
- Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Support resource planning for delivery/execution
