Day to day:
-Come into a lot of emails, get reports on everything such as server reports, AD health checks, sql checks and auditing stuff- 30 mins of morning going through all of that.
-Day to day varies depends on what dev team is doing.
-Email tickets can vary, a lot are forwarding and access requests, (outsourcing that to MCA),
-working in powershell a lot get old scripts moved off an old server (modifying existing scripts).
-Every now and then work with security but mostly dev team and Gene's team.
-Could need to do some patching for vulnerabilities with updates- typically gets done in patch management, but if it's sql, this person would handle directly.
