Job Posting for Call center representative at TEKsystems
A Premium Baby Product Manufacturer in Vancouver, WA is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join the team for a great long term opportunity!
Job Description :
- Answer customer calls, emails and chats regarding product support, availability and warrantee claims
- Assist customers from start to finish, often times requiring multiple touch points
- Log call data into computer system
- Make product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
Qualifications :
- 1 year of customer service experience over the phone in a call center (2-3 years preferred)
- Accurate typing and spelling required
- 6 months working in retail or supporting a product is preferred (any knowledge about baby products is helpful)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
