Claims Service Representative

Full Time Hours Monday-Friday 10 : 30AM-7 : 00PM or 11 : 30AM 8 : 00PM
A day in the role
- Inbound calls for homeowner claims ( 40 50 calls per shift )
- Handling escalation of calls
- Updating case notes appropriately within system
Necessary Skills and Strengths :
Call Center Customer Service Claims

- Prior call center experience
