Description :

Product Specialist - Dacor Content Engineer

Schedule : Fully onsite Mon - Fri 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Skills required :

  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge within the Samsung Dacor Home Appliance and Electronic Products both Sales Product Customer Care Departments.
  • Manage to enhance service expertise by reviewing service contents for products and functions and providing improvements for service contents.
  • Development preparation and critical review of technical reports technical documents test procedures user guides installation and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze current STG status to determine extent of missing contents for DacorDetermine models missing from STGCheck for content types including Error Codes Service Guides Exploded View Wire Diagrams etc.
  • Collaborate with PI Team to add missing models to STGPrioritize models with high service demand / warranty portion
  • Review Service Training Manuals and create content for new models prior to launch

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering preferred
