Hiring Customer Service Representative!

MUST HAVES :

  • Call Center Experience : 2 years of call center
  • MS Office Experience

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Answer and support patients with issues regarding hearing aid products
  • Troubleshoot Bluetooth technology
  • Address and resolve customer complaints
  • Direct calls as appropriate to correct department or individual within company.
  • Effectively meet all defined metrics regarding talk time and accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with customer to provide a high-quality experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

  • Call center experience
  • Experience speaking with patients
  • Technology experience preferred but not required
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft office
  • Strong communication
