What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Center Analyst - Now Hiring position at TEKsystems?
Description:
TEKsystems Large financial client is in need of a skilled Data Center Analyst to join their team in the local data center. This resource will need to have past experience in data center technologies and how to handle tasks such as installing network equipment and getting it ready to install- Networking equipment- routers, switches- Rack and stack, Running cables and doing cable assessments- shutting down legacy equipment, minor Inventory assessments and other data center related tasks. This resource will need to be able to learn quickly and be able to handle many of these tasks on their own after instruction. At times you may be asked to assist hardware vendors in and out of the data center. The best candidate for this position will be disciplined, hard working and able to function quickly with little assistance. Arch is also in the middle of a large new Network transition so this person may be asked to assist with that project.
