Job Description
- Spare part cycle count audits
- Logistics/Warehouse Support (Sending/Receiving)
- Handle storage media/Data Bearing Device (DBD) Reconcile/Physical Audits
- Basic Server (Discrete/Rack-based) repair following documented procedures
- Fiber Link Cleaning
- MS Asset updates/auditing
- Middle of Rack (MOR) buildout
- Data-bearing Device shredding
- Perform power cycles
- RMA processing & Coordination with Logistics Team
- Perform Troubleshooting and swap out failed components
- Installation of software and firmware updates.
- Receive logical and physical hardware into system
- Scope, test, QC, and troubleshoot power, cable connections
Supplier-Provided PPE required:
* Eyes: ANSI, CE, or EN approved Safety Glasses with side shields
* Hands: Level 5 cut/abrasion/impact- resistant gloves
* Feet: Steel or composite reinforced boots with 6inch minimum ankle coverage.
* Protective Masks: Must have a cloth or N95 mask on at all times. Bandanas, scarfs, neck gaiters/warmers are not acceptable onsite.

Work Environment
