Opportunity to work as a Data Scientist supporting a streaming application for one of the largest brands. The Growth Engineering team comprises ML engineers, data scientists, and software engineers. We work across all customer interactions to develop data products that enhance the customer experience and optimize for retention and lifetime value. Our team is responsible for building mission-critical applications supporting Ad Sales, Promotional Marketing, and upper level management worldwide. Projects include ad scheduling and audience segmentation tools that use Big Data and Machine Learning. We are growing our very adaptive team that creates high quality products.

What You Will Do
- Research, design, and build high-impact end-to-end machine learning systems for customer growth
- Lead the design of scalable ML solutions in production
- Promote and role-model best practices of data science, engineering, and communication throughout the organization
- Evangelize ML adoption and innovation across the product and engineering teams
- Foster a diverse community of data scientists and ML engineers
- Partner with cross-functional teammates in Product, Design, Content, and Marketing to understand their problems and design solutions

- Demonstrated ability to lead technical decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate technical solutions to data scientists, engineers, and PM audiences
