What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document Review Specialist position at TEKsystems?
We are hiring for a Document Review Specialist that will play a vital role in supporting our client services team. If you enjoy document control type work that requires you to not ever be on the phones while critically thinking through different scenarios and feel you bring the ability to provide our internal teams with thorough informed decisions after document has been reviewed, we would love to speak with you!
Job Duties:
- Scanning, organizing, and filing of hard copy and electronic records into our system.
- Maintenance of physical records, both on and offsite.
- Analyze patient info and confidential documents to inform client services team of your decision and next steps.
- Assist Manager of Document Control and Training with maintaining Quality Management System Records.
- Administration of company change control processes and activities
- Create reports on change orders, product requests, and quality processes.
- Other duties as assigned
What a day in this role looks like:
The document review specialist is a very important support role to our client services team and vital to our success. You will receive paper documents that include important and confidential client &/or patient information that you will then need to scan and upload into Meduit's system. Once scanned, you will analyze the information in the documents to provide thorough informed decisions to our client services team.
