Engineering Data Specialist (French)

TEKsystems is searching for an Engineering Data Specialist for a short-term contract with our client based on the West Coast (PST). This role is 100% remote.
Required Skills:
- Linguistic capabilities in French (native speaker) - able to read and write as well as annotate PII information in the respective language
- Ability to perform basic computer tasks including excel functions and data entry
- Ability to communicate in English in order to report back to the team and annotate PII data
This team is responsible for all Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. They are looking to train their next-generation Machine Learning algorithms. There are multiple sets of customer data that need to be labeled for PII (Personally Identified Information) that will be used as input for training the new algorithms in a creative fashion.
This person will be responsible for going through each data set to ensure there are no spelling or grammar errors in their respective language as well as scan for any PII that could compromise the data and information in the free form survey responses.
Additional Skills & Qualifications: Needs a computer with video chat and internet capabilities. This will not be provided.
