* Identify and fix issues to maintain system stability and performance.
* Utilize Infor XA MAPICS to analyze, design, and implement solutions.
* Adapt and sustain ERP systems to align with business objectives.
* Create and manage reports using SQL and Microsoft Power BI.
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in SQL, ERP systems, and IBM iSeries.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with IBM iSeries
* Familiarity with various ERP systems, including older ones like SAP.
* Strong SQL skills.
* Previous experience in a help desk role, effectively assisting users.
