Job Duties:

• Manage the development and maintenance of the network infrastructure to ensure optimization, stability and security of IT network environment supporting the business service level requirements
• Firewall configuration and security compliance with the team
• Monitoring of network infrastructure service performance, circuits, and security
• Manage Single Sign On (SSO) and MFA with the team
• Collaborate with IT Service and Support Manager and offshore leaders
• Create support standard operating procedures for each area of responsibility.
• Manage asset inventory program Data Center
• Work with multiple vendors for service and support
• Execute planning with the teams to set up IT networking equipment and support office/manufacturing plants

PREFERRED SKILLS: - Windows 10 experience - Laptop, desktops, mobile devices, Active Directory, ServiceNow, IT Manager, Azure, Office 365
