Our Client is the world's largest wholesale distributor of outdoor supplies. They serve roughly 120,000 wholesale customers around the world. They are a publicly traded company and have grown significantly since the pandemic.
Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to join their growing organization. Their responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, scanning orders and task-based supervision of the Warehouse staff.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Prepare and complete orders for shipping according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Participate in basic supervision of warehouse employees on daily tasks in keeping with established management standards
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Complete system orders and logs into inventory
• Report and repair any discrepancies, issues, problems, employee issues to/with Warehouse Manager
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers (team-player)
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
