Description :
Join the Aftermarket Leads & Insights team to create and manage purposeful messaging for the portfolio of products : Condition Monitoring (CM) module, Customer Value Agreement (CVA) module, and Preventative Maintenance (PM) module.
This position will focus on creating training content, developing a communication strategy, and drive common processes, including release note creation, across the portfolio.
It will also serve as the liaison between product marketing and the product teams to deliver a variety of material supporting internal and dealer partner understanding, adoption, and usage of products.
- Responsible for communication content and documentation strategy, as well as training content
- Developing and executing common processes across portfolio such as job aids, compliance, release notes, etc.
- Interface with product marketing team to develop marketing material based off technical documentation
- Meeting coordination and facilitation with internal and external partners (dealer)
