Description : RESPONSIBILITIES :
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Contractor will assist with multiple projects, working with customers (mainly Home Depot & Lowes) - Example : If Home Depot sends a request to the team stating they are expecting 50 items that need to be updated (lets say the size), this team is expected to update the order.
- In this role, Contractor will also take inbound phone calls from homeowners ("do it yourselfers") that customers (Home Depot or Lowes) may not be able to assist.
- Data Management and working within the company portal will be a large portion of this role
- Regular communication with team / supervisor, as well as daily communication with other departments
- They will to communicate back with customer often
