Description :
The Patient Account Representative - Pre-Registration position is responsible for completing pre-registration for upcoming surgeries, as well as customer service inquiries.
This role will include updating the system to reflect financial responsibility and communicate patient high deductible / co-pay / estimated out-of-pocket prior to service, setting up payment plans, processing payments along with other assigned tasks.
