Payroll Processing / Bookkeeping

Job Description:

• Process tax applications, claims, and modifications
• Set up new tax licenses, special tax requests, and address changes
• Manually enter data to process mailed applications
• Use internal tax data base software to make edits for customers
• Ensure all tax documents are entered correctly for processing
• Take applications for tax changes both digitally and through mail and upload all correct information
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience working within financial setting, billing/payroll setting
• Strong administrative and data entry experience
