Description:
TEKsystems is looking to add an End User Services PM to do administrative project work for 3 initiatives. Waterfall based PM methodology tracking issues and risk, keeping up on a project plan, coordinating with vendors.
• Nice to have: Google collaboration, PC engineering, Windows devices, MacBooks, Chrome Books, etc. ServiceNow ticketing system
• Projects that this person will be assigned to: 1. Implementing a new voice technology. 2. Deploying ChromeBooks in environment. 3. TEKsystems is looking at implementing a new helpdesk to put in a new vendor for service desk support. (Might not be happening)
• This position is not heavily technical, but would be great if the candidate understands the technology they will be working with.
• TEKsystems will augment role with a lot of his own team to have SME expertise.
• Need somebody to focus on these areas and compartmentalize this work to take off team’s plate.
Must Have Skills:
• Project Management skills
• Experience: 5 Years’ experience in Project Management
• Knowledge of End User Services Environment (Help Desk, Desk side Support, Personal Computers, Mobile devices)
• Computer: Google Suite, Project/Smart Sheets
• Education: Associates Degree or higher **Preferred**
• Any IT related PM experience would be fantastic. A bonus would be any specific work on projects related PCs, Telephony/Voice or Mobility
Day to day:
• General project management duties for 2 - 3 large Project in End User Services Projects
• Track Issues, Risks, and follow up items and maintain project plans
• Coordinate Knowledge Management process for TEKsystems Service Desk and IT Providers
Stakeholders:
• Networking, Cyber Security, HR, IT infrastructure, Procurement. Will be working with 6-8 key people.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
● PMP certification
● Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, priorities and commitments concurrently
● Ability to network cross-functionally across multiple organizations with the ability to win the confidence and trust of colleagues
● Strong negotiation and influence capabilities.

● Familiarity with Smart Sheets, ServiceNow and Google Suite a plus
● Strong decision-making skills with clear goals for meetings or projects
● Previous Information Technology experience preferably infrastructure/end user support
● Experience with medium to large information technology projects
● Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs. and translate them into operational and project requirements
