Description:
CDP is searching for experienced Quality Assurance Professionals to test their world class software solutions. CDP develops software for state and federal government health agencies. Most of their projects employ agile development methodologies (others employ a hybrid) which result in a unique, fun, and flexible team environment while providing an opportunity for our employees to grow and learn. CDP, Inc. is a provider of Enterprise Health Systems to public health organizations. Since their inception in 1981, CDP has been profitable every year coupled with significant growth. CDP is the industry leader in the design, development, implementation and hosting of public health software solutions, including environmental health, clinic management, EMR, home health, WIC, EBT, and integrated electronic document management systems. Their fladship product is WIC. SPIRIT was built in 2003 to support the next generation of automation for clinic operations and State agency administration of the WIC Program. CDP holds the SPIRIT contract that is used by several states for their WIC services. The current SPIRIT system is used by over 20 different State Agencies and provides WIC benefits to over 500,000 Americans. The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) provides Federal grants to States for supplemental foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk. We have been working with CDP for almost 10 years and have helped place over 20 contractors/FTE there across multiple team within IT.
