What are the responsibilities and job description for the QA Manual position at TEKsystems?
Description:
a. Manual QA Testing within Agile environment
b. Attention to detail and documentation
c. Review business requirements, use cases, etc. to understand scope of deliverables being tested
d. Create test plans and scripts to ensure development deliverables match desired requirements and expectations
e. Create and communicate test progress, test results, and outstanding issues, tasks, etc.
f. They use X-ray (logging a test cases)
g. Experience needed will be 4 years
h. Reporting to hiring manager (Christie) and working with 5-6 developers and the off-shore Q/A team.

b. Personality needed - outgoing, self-starter, great soft skills/asking great questions and being personable.
c. Can't being quiet and shy.
