Web Content Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global Web Operations Team. This team is responsible for the ever evolving web properties within Marketing and Digital. You will work with other members of Global Marketing and internal stakeholders to maintain and execute projects that enhance our digital presence through showcasing corporate thought leadership / expertise, and local content.

You will team with the Web Operations team members of the Global Marketing team to update the site and organize ongoing enhancements shaping the future of our digital marketing programs.

Your duties will include; performing daily content updates to the web sites, utilizing HTML to enhance the site, updating landing pages, cutting graphics, staying current with web industry best practices, and being able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Point of Contact for website-related questions for internal stakeholders and troubleshooting for CMS questions
• Work with a variety of stakeholders within Global Marketing and beyond to create, modify, and refresh site content for audiences such as clients, recruits, and alumni.
• Advise on best content layout and best use of content archetypes.
• Work with local markets to consider how local content is placed within the global experience and the impact translation has on the overall site experience.
• Perform daily content updates and analysis for web sites.
• Learn and track the content on the sites and suggest opportunities for featuring content in new, fresh ways
• Manage QA processes; ensure that the functionality, copy, and graphics are working properly on the sites.
