Our client is a manufacturing company that builds custom, high-precision, very thin products for companies across all industries. FineLine Imaging is a division, that produces extremely high-resolution film photolithographic tools for internal production at the company (photo-chemical etching and electroforming) and separate worldwide customers in various industries, such as MEMS, microfabrication, microfluidics, microelectronics, encoders, biomedical research, printed circuit boards (PCB), and sensors and gauges.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service
Answering capability/production/order questions via phone/email
Quoting orders based on customer product needs
Processing/collecting payments and verifying purchase order information
Design/edit/convert CAD drawings for photomasks production.
Software use includes AutoCAD, Draftsight, LinkCAD, CAMMaster, Illustrator, and some Photoshop for bitmap/dithering image conversion.
Periodic preventative machine maintenance and photo development chemical use
Environmental condition recording (temperature, humidity, and particle count for ISO class 9 cleanroom standard)
Planning film plotting around separate schedules (labor/machine time management)
Quality check of film using a light table and microscopes
Packaging and shipping of film photomasks
Skill Set Desired:
Demonstrable, advanced, PC skills, 2D CAD Software
AutoCAD experience
Basic Excel
Familiarity with the Windows operating system & Microsoft Office
Able to read blueprints/drawings.
Able to use a microscope to inspect and measure parts.
Familiar with common measurement tools – vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.
Able to multi-task (work in different areas of building on different products simultaneously
Fluent English written and verbal skills.
Able to lift 50 lbs., and to perform various physical tasks.
Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
Job Requirements:
