Job Posting for Construction Project Manager at Tektree
Typical Duties:
Oversee total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed by design, budget, and schedule. Includes interfacing with owner representatives, subcontractors, security, and lower management.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities of all company personnel assigned to project (s).
Plan work schedule, determining manpower levels, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc.
Maintain official project log(s) and documentation files through the use of Procore.
Monitor/control construction through the administrative direction of the onsite Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget, investigate potentially serious situations, and implement corrective measures.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, and day-to-day direction of onsite administrative staff if applicable.
Provide technical assistance, interpret drawings, and recommend construction methods and equipment as required.
Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend/implement corrective actions as required.
Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company’s interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the owner.
Represent the company in project meetings.
Perform additional assignments per the Supervisor’s direction.
Skills:
Organized and systematic towards the work.
Thorough and deep knowledge of construction activities and all the functions
Excellent communicator and should have the skills both verbal and written.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with the crew.
Possess qualities of a good leader
Understanding of construction designs and plans.

Salary: $89,874.00 - $97,405.00 per year
