Construction Project Manager

Typical Duties:

• Oversee total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed by design, budget, and schedule. Includes interfacing with owner representatives, subcontractors, security, and lower management.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities of all company personnel assigned to project (s).
• Plan work schedule, determining manpower levels, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc.
• Maintain official project log(s) and documentation files through the use of Procore.
• Monitor/control construction through the administrative direction of the onsite Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget, investigate potentially serious situations, and implement corrective measures.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, and day-to-day direction of onsite administrative staff if applicable.
• Provide technical assistance, interpret drawings, and recommend construction methods and equipment as required.
• Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend/implement corrective actions as required.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company’s interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the owner.
• Represent the company in project meetings.
• Perform additional assignments per the Supervisor’s direction.

• Understanding of construction designs and plans.

License/Certification:

• OSHA 10/30 (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $89,874.00 - $97,405.00 per year
