Responsibilities :

Understanding of MicroStrategyTool Architecture & various components like Platform AnalyticsEnterprise Manager System Manager etc.

Hands onexperience in Installation Configuration and Deployment ofMicroStrategy tool and clients

Hands on experience withSilent Installations On Linux / Unix & Windows

Handson experience with MicroStrategy 11x platforms including DeveloperAdministrator Object Manager Command Manager integrity Managersystem manager Platform Analytics Enterprise manager and licensemanager.

Experience in SQL troubleshooting reportfailures project and Intelligence server level governing settingsand their impacts.

Extensive Experience of Upgrading theMicroStrategy Server on Windows / Linux Operating System from 10.x to11.x and 11.x to 11.x

MSTR Installation andConfiguration on Clustered Environments

ManagingSecurity and SSO / Server Authentication Setup & Administration

Support developers by troubleshooting reporting issuesrelated to MicroStrategy configurations.

Set upmonitoring and alerts notifications for key performance indicatorsfor the MicroStrategy infrastructure.

Experience withmonitoring tools like Solarwinds Zabbix DataDog to monitor MSTRServices

Monitor MicroStrategy View Performance.

Monitor MicroStrategy Server Disk Space.

Experience in Capacity sizing / Planning of MicroStrategyinfrastructure components.

Experience introubleshooting report failures project and Intelligence serverlevel governing settings and their impacts.

Good toHave

Understanding of business intelligencedata warehousing data modelling architectures andterminology.

Experience in Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) / Agile development.

Demonstratedexperience in SQL scripting (SQL Server and Oraclepreferred).

Qualifications :

Education : A relevant degree (Bachelors or Masters) in ComputerScience Information Technology or related fields.

Certifications : Have Excellent technological skills. Certificationsare advantageous.

Qualities :

Able to consult write and present persuasively.

Able towork in a selforganized and crossfunctional team.

Research focused mindset.

Proficiency in English(read / write / speak) and communication over email.

Excellent analytical presentation reporting documentation andinteractive skills.
