Engagement Description
Works closely with stakeholders to analyze and understand business problems and opportunities.
Develops business requirements and continuously evaluates processes to ensure IT solutions support and align with business initiatives.
Develops the documentation for existing and proposed business processes and functional specifications to ensure IT solutions support and align with business initiatives.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
Proven analytical ability related to analysis of functional business processes is a must.
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, proven organization and attention to detail are required
3 years of Business Analyst experience
Required Skills
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
Demonstrated ability to lead and drive initiatives through consensus-building
Ability to learn and understand new concepts (both business and technical) in a short timeframe and apply that knowledge to help achieve business objectives
Strong technology skills with a good understanding of PC based applications, including MS Office Professional and Internet based applications.
Demonstrated proficiency with Visio and FIGMA or similar tools
Experience with UI/UX design
Preferred Skills

Agile development experience
Experience with JIRA
