Engagement Description
- Works closely with stakeholders to analyze and understand business problems and opportunities.
- Develops business requirements and continuously evaluates processes to ensure IT solutions support and align with business initiatives.
- Develops the documentation for existing and proposed business processes and functional specifications to ensure IT solutions support and align with business initiatives.
- Proven analytical ability related to analysis of functional business processes is a must.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, proven organization and attention to detail are required
- 3 years of Business Analyst experience
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive initiatives through consensus-building
- Ability to learn and understand new concepts (both business and technical) in a short timeframe and apply that knowledge to help achieve business objectives
- Strong technology skills with a good understanding of PC based applications, including MS Office Professional and Internet based applications.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Visio and FIGMA or similar tools
- Experience with UI/UX design
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
- Agile development experience
- Experience with JIRA
- UI/UX design experience
- BS degree preferred
