Job Description:

Customer Experience Data analytics -

• Define and implement Customer Experience models to uncover trends and patterns creating business value and innovation
• Tag and scrub data related to customer feedback from various social media platforms
• Discover key competitive and industry insights and drive improvements in the early product lifecycle

Essential Requirements:

• Find actionable insights when a Product impacting business problem is stated.
• Ability to generate insights and tell the ‘Story behind the Numbers’.
• Ability to weave a complete story by marrying data from various sources – Internal, 3rd party, social media, and data available in other public domains
• Data analysis and advanced excel skills.
• Excel Automation skills, Power BI & SQL preferred
• Strong customer-centric attitude and teamwork skills
• Adaptability.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and unstructured environment
• Able to work independently & demonstrate competency in decision making, problem-solving and data management
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent. 3-4 years work experience
