Description:
- Supports Petcare brand teams with a range of financial/billing operations including
- Creating and processing purchase orders, non-PO and check request payments
- Provide status of processed purchase orders and invoices
- Resolution of invoice errors in SAP
- Processing new vendor applications; ensures appropriate documentation is provided by vendors and works directly with vendors to provide support throughout the application process
- Maintenance of existing vendors in Ariba system
- Interfaces with internal and external clients as needed
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Ariba required (1 yrs)
- Familiarity with SAP preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Shows attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams
- Excellent data entry skills
- Demonstrated strength in multiple tasks and priority setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Requirements/Skill Level:
- High school diploma/GED AND 2-5 years of related experience.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures particular to this field.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Works under general supervision.

- 1-year contract with a strong possibility to extend
