Job Title: Payroll Analyst (Remote till Covid)
Work Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15275
Duration: 12 Months
Work Type: Contract
- This team completes all tasks associated with the payment of all employees out on leave of absence utilizing ADP PayForce, Workday, and eTime.
- Generate and analyze Leave of Absence reports daily
- Calculate leave of absence payments according to state, local and company requirements
- Organize payments to employees for a variety of leaves types in a timely manner
- Calculate employee overpayments
- Trouble shoot errors / issues with payments made to employees
- Navigate in Workday, eTime and ADP PayForce software systems
- Interact with employees, managers and administrators in a professional manner
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree and 5 years of experience in Payroll and/or Human Resources or
- High School diploma and 10 years of experience in Payroll and/or Human Resources
- Advanced knowledge of system/PC applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong analytical ability
- Knowledge of wage and hour laws associated with leave of absences
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be detail oriented, accurate and have effective communication skills
- Experience maintaining confidentiality and working in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal skills / ability to discuss pay issues with employees
Desired Qualifications:
- Payroll Certification CPP or FPC
- Prior experience with Workday, eTime, ADP Global View, and/or ADP PayForce
- Experience in large multi-state payroll environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $26.00 per hour
