POSITION POSTING: MARKETING COORDINATOR
We are seeking an innovative, sales-savvy Marketing Coordinator to contribute to our company’s growth in delivering industry-leading communication solutions and services for both the public safety and commercial market sectors. This is a newly-created position designed to implement, maximize and measure impactful marketing and sales initiatives.
Classification: Part-time (15-20 hours per week), hourly non-exempt
Schedule: Flexible, with 8-10 scheduled hours in the office, and the option to work additional hours remotely.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing activities that generate awareness, leads, and customer retention
- Manage Tele-Rad’s social media profiles/presence; create shareable content, drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads
- Nurture and help qualify/cultivate leads through the sales process with targeted campaigns, developing proposals, and follow-up activities
- Create and update digital and print content
- Manage our tradeshow and customer/prospect event participation to maximize lead generation and follow-up with pre-, on-site and post-event plans
- Develop and manage targeted contact lists
- Monitor, analyze and report on marketing campaign metrics, results, and ROI
Teamwork is encouraged amongst employees and management may also assign additional tasks as required.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Capacity to work independently, problem solve, multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail
- 1 – 2 years of experience in business-to-business marketing or related field
- Experience with relevant tools including CRM software, Google suite, Microsoft Office programs, social media platforms, Wordpress/Elementor, Constant Contact, and Canva
- Strong organization and project management ability
Tele-Rad, and our collaboration with Motorola Solutions, will provide technical training and certification on equipment and products as needed
Compensation:
This position is classified as part-time, non-exempt and will be paid hourly. The compensation range for this position is $15.00-20.00 per hour. You will be paid every two weeks based on Tele-Rad’s bi-weekly pay schedule.
Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk and hear, lift (overhead, waist level) from floor, and frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use.
Benefits:
This position is classified as part-time and therefore does not qualify for participation in many of Tele-Rad’s benefit plans. However, 401K participation and other benefit programs may be available if/when eligibility requirements are met. Benefit plans and participation requirements are subject to change from time to time.
