At the Stanislaus Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF), we provide intensive mental health and psychiatric treatment services in a safe, welcoming environment for adults experiencing a mental health emergency.
We believe recovery starts from within, and that our job is to do whatever it takes to provide the support needed on your recovery journey in a comfortable, structured environment. Our secure 16-bed facility has a multidisciplinary team that includes a psychiatrist, social workers, a rehabilitation therapist, registered nurses, recovery specialists, nurse practitioners, and peer recovery coaches.
The Licensed Administrator manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Program. This involves ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements. Additionally, the Administrator collaborates with all corporate departments and outside consultants and represents the Program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups.
Expected starting wage range is $121,647.24 - $150,237.10. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrator manages all aspects of the day to day operations of the Program. This involves ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements. Additionally, the Administrator collaborates with all corporate departments and outside consultants and represents the Program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
o Current CA Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator and Bachelor Degree in related field
o Two (2) years of experience in the Administrator position
o Masters in Social Services with a state license
o Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting, two (2) of those years must be experience in a substance use treatment program
o Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
o Understanding of community mental health and substance use services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy
o Two (2) years of experience providing direct care or supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities
o Master’s Degree or PhD with a CA license and maintain certification throughout employment
o Must be an Adult Residential Facility Certificate holder and maintain certification during employment
o Meet one (1) of the following:
BCaBA
BCBA
QBMP “Qualified Behavior Modification Professional”
o Within one year of employment, all direct care staff shall complete both segments of Direct Support Professional (DSP) competency-based training course including the competency tests or pass the department-approved challenge tests applicable to both training segments. Proof of prior successful completion of both training segments and competency exams will meet this requirement
o Master’s degree in Social Services, Psychology, Public Health, or Business. Must be able to provide identification number as a current registered intern with the Board of Behavioral Sciences in the state of employment as an ASW or AMFT; OR,
o Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Social Services or Public Health and a Substance Abuse or Drug Alcohol certification such as; Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADAC), or Registered Addiction Specialist (RAS), or Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS), or Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor (CATC), or Chemical Dependency Professional
o Two (2) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting
o One (1) year of responsibility of supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
o Must understand community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the Recovery Philosophy
o Master’s degree in social services
o Two (2) years’ experience as a licensed LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD
o Two (2) years’ experience as mental health professional in managing behavioral health services
o Two (2) years’ experience providing crisis management services
o Experience as a public speaker & trainer
o Experience with oversite of data collection and management of data collection systems
o Masters in Social Services with a state license and four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting, two (2) of those years of nursing experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting, OR
o A licensed registered nurse by the Board of Nursing Education and Nurse Registration in this State and possess a master’s degree in psychiatric or public health nursing, and four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting, two (2) of those years of nursing experience in a mental health setting. Additional post baccalaureate nursing experience in a mental health setting may be substituted on a year–for–year basis for the educational requirement.

Preferred:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

o Muriel Wright CRT Administrator will have oversight to the Muriel Wright Campus and will supervise the Program Director of the SUDS program
