Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or business studies.
- 1 to 2 years of related Capex, Inter-companies Transaction and/or GL experience required.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the processing of capital expenditures via D365 including ensuring the capex are properly approved, capitalized, perform monthly depreciation posting, annual fixed assets physical count, etc. in accordance to the global policy.
- Responsible for the processing of intercompany transactions via D365 including intercompany invoicing for service provided to the intercompany counterparts, verification of intercompany invoices for services received, etc.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management for future audit purposes.
- Assist in providing information for global reporting requirements.
- Any other relevant tasks which are assigned by the supervisor.
