Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Position Summary: Supports the maintenance of the companies documented information system and assists in the internal assessment of processes & business systems throughout the company in accordance with the documented business processes. Supports Government audits of the company’s business systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following and perform other duties as assigned. Documented Information System Supports the maintenance of the companies SharePoint system to manage documentation to ensure full compliance with AS9100 requirements in accordance with the companies document control process (PAP 9027) Supports the document change control process Regulates the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into released product documentation Ensures accuracy by reviewing design release documents for completeness, proper authorization and system updates Assists in procedure reviews and facilitating procedure updates with process owners Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely implementation of change requests Support audits (internal, external, 3rd party) in order to verify that regulatory and financial requirements are achieved Assessment and Support Activities Assists in business system assessments using existing checklists and processes to ensure system compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements Identify risk areas, potential gaps and/or deficiencies as a result of completed audits and reviews Assists in the planning and execution of various annual or quarterly submissions as required by the Government Assists in hosting Government Audits in all company facilities Assist in responding to Customer Audits and Surveys Assist in the generation and presentation of assessment findings to sr. and executive management Actively participate in process improvement groups Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at various levels to address both financial and management issues Essential Knowledge and Skills: Some knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement (DFARS) requirements is a plus Knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Ability to professionally interact with all levels of management. Ability to maintain a consistently high level of attention to detail Ability to organize and direct a project to completion Time management skills and meet project deadlines Ability to multitask Occasional travel requiring overnight stays may be required Required Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. #LIPG Compensation and Benefits: TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $61,524 - $102,541 Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location. Export Statement: Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
