Millwork Shop in Hackettstown has an opening in Purchasing. Will train industry specifics, but must have some prior purchasing experience.

Must be detailed oriented, organized and able to negotiate vendor contracts and pricing to always remain budget conscious.

Job duties will also include:
  • Managing the scheduling and confirmation of pick-up and deliveries for materials, in addition to managing the maintenance of commercial vehicle fleet.
  • Being a team player and having flexibility to multi-task is essential!

Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills; MS Office & Database Usage.
  • QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years prior purchasing experience.
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication.
  • Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills and integrity.

This is a temp to hire opportunity that will offer Benefits once perm (Medical/Dental/Visions/Flex/life/401K).

Work Schedule: 7:00am - 3:45pm (45 minute lunch).
Starting Pay: $22-25/hr.
