The Role:
This role is an exciting opportunity to join Telewave, Inc., a highly respected, technology company, based in Fremont, California.
It is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves position that manages all aspects of accounting and payroll processing, with handling A/P, sales invoice preparation and basic HR admin functions. This is a great opportunity to shape the small accounting team to be responsive to the needs and challenges required to scale for growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Administers all departmental employee recruitments, screens job applications for the department, and coordinates the recruitment, interview, and hiring process of all new employees.
· Responsible for review and processing merit salary adjustments, appointment documents, and other related items.
· Oversees department payroll functions (payroll documentation, leave accounting, return to work procedures and processing, etc.), and general office functions, (telephones, mail, typing, filing, etc.)
· Invoicing
· Answer Customer/LSQ emails on tracking information, payments, and copy of invoices.
· Full Cycle accounts payable in Syspro
· Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies and issues.
· Support CEO & Director of Administration with special projects.
· Mailing, Ordering Supplies / Equipment, Tracking Office/ Facility Expenses
· Back up Sales team (Syspro RMA Data Entry, RMA logistics/reporting), Order Entry, Data gathering
· Greet visitors, health check (Covid-19), and answer incoming phone calls for accounting, sales, and transferring calls to the proper department.
· Additional tasks as requested.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
· A minimum of 5 years of general accounting experience and payroll processing
· Proficient with data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
· Hands on experience with Syspro (ERP) is a major plus.
· Excellent understanding of, and experience with, US GAAP, internal controls, financial reporting, revenue recognition, corporate tax concepts, regulations, and best practices.
· Advanced MS Excel skills, MS Office proficiency, and experience with project accounting software.
· Track record of developing engaged, high-performing teams with a strong commitment to outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
